It is my hope that this Transition Portfolio will help guide you and give you tools to use as you prepare for postsecondary life.  Often times, students with disabilities are told they can’t.  It’s my dream that as you explore my portfolio, it will help you or your loved one find their “can.”  

 

In this portfolio, you will find evidence of my competence and ability as a Transition Specialist to work alongside other educators, families, students, and communities to give guidance to students on how to discover and achieve their postsecondary goals and dreams.
